Initial Assesment

In this initial stage, we will require key information about your Major Incident Practice, such as current standards, policies, and performance. The team at MIM® will then provide you with a customised roadmap to support your journey to certification.

Certification Assessment and Audit

A thorough onsite audit will be performed against the Global Best Practice in IT Major Incident Management® standards, including document review, interviews, and observations. After the assessment, your Major Incident Practice will be awarded a rating against the standard that can be displayed publicly.

Maintenance Audit

To maintain your MIM® Operational Certification™, an audit will be performed once a year. This can also help you improve your Major Incident Practice rating and track ongoing progress.
