Initial Assesment

Certification Assessment and Audit
A thorough onsite audit will be performed against the Global Best Practice in IT Major Incident Management® standards, including document review, interviews, and observations. Maintenance Audit
To maintain your MIM® Operational Certification™, an audit will be performed once a year. This can also help you improve your Major Incident Practice rating and track ongoing progress.
